An extremely beautiful and clean coffee, you wouldn’t even believe that this was a honey anaerobic coffee! Produced by Luis Anibal Calderon, in his farm: Finca Villa Betulia. Pink bourbon is a hybridisation of red and yellow bourbon, and like many coffees from Huila, it is sweet and juicy. This particular coffee is extremely elegant, and delicate, with flavours of apple, white sweet flowers, rose, and chrysanthemum tea, even a little bit of anise.
