This coffee comes from Guji, a very popular region in recent years. It’s not often that you will find a honey processed Ethiopian coffee, it’s usually washed or natural. This coffee is a classic, sweet Ethiopian, with amazing flavours of peach, followed by light citrus, and with a backbone of sweet florals— very delicate and refreshing. All coffee comes in 200g bags.
